Purpose
These terms govern ticket sales and access to deals offered on AfriPass.
Tickets
Tickets are 100% digital. They are validated only by the AfriPass Scan app. Any unauthorized resale voids the ticket.
Holds and payment
Selected tickets are held for 10 minutes. During a mobile money payment, they stay locked until the payment is confirmed or declined.
Refunds
If the organizer cancels an event, the ticket is refunded to the payment method used.
